312 + Networks + Homesick

做312，份死人功課都唔知想點…叫我地definte stream、head(e:stream)、tail(e:stream)，但又唔講係define dynamic/static semantics…

networks，要寫個tcp layer…
用番project2o個network layer，但compile完竟然唔work…
